Job summary

Yuki in Belgium is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to shape UX across the product with an AI-first mindset. You’ll work with designers, engineers, and product managers to evolve patterns, improve the Design System, and turn complex problems into polished interfaces from concept to delivery.

Based in a hybrid setup with offices in Antwerp, Rotterdam, Barcelona, and Porto, you’ll own cross-product initiatives, translate data and AI insights into design decisions, and collaborate across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, delivering complex product patterns.
• Strong UI and interaction design craft and experience building or contributing to a Design System.
• A portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with strong UI and interaction design.
• AI-first mindset: translate AI output into design decisions and use AI in workflow (Figma, Claude Design, Claude Code, Mixpanel).
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to communicate blockers early and clearly.
• Excellent Dutch and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-product initiatives, owning UX/UI challenges from discovery through delivery.
• Evolve the Design System and build reusable components with designers and engineers.
• Design with craft: turn complex problems into polished, accessible interfaces from concept to implementation in Figma.
• Discover with data and AI: use tickets, data, and feedback to prioritize problems and translate AI output into insights.
• Work AI-first: incorporate AI in research, prototyping, and collaboration with engineering.
