Dalton, an AI-native CRO platform based in Ghent, offers a hands-on marketing internship. You'll work directly with the founders on real posts, copy, and campaigns, with immediate feedback. Dalton is an AI-native CRO and website optimization platform for online stores, based in Ghent. We help e-commerce teams run smarter experiments and see, per variant, what actually moves conversion, replacing guesswork with a system that tests and learns on its own.

The role

We're a small team, everyone works from the Ghent office. Standards are high and the pace is fast; we'd rather fix things in the room than in a meeting.

This is a hands-on marketing internship, not a coffee-and-notes one. You'll work alongside our founders on real, published work: posts that go live, copy that ships, campaigns that run, and you'll see the effect of what you write on a fast-growing product. You learn by doing it, with the founders close by to give direct feedback.

What you'll do

• Write and help post content on the website and LinkedIn
• Draft parts of blog posts, case studies, and website copy
• Help plan the content calendar and pitch in on marketing experiments
• Learn to read what's working and act on it

What we're looking for

• Studying or recently graduated in marketing, communications, or similar
• A good, clear writer, or clearly on the way to being one
• Eager, fast-learning, comfortable asking questions and figuring things out
• Available for the duration your program requires
• Creative mind and can-do attitude
• Based in or able to work from Ghent, in-office
• Comfort with video: shooting, editing, or animating short clips. We believe in real video and animated video here, and if you can make it, that's a big plus
• Broader graphic design skills: illustration, motion graphics, or just a good eye across formats
