EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Design Lead to join our hybrid Brussels team. You will guide brand and digital design, crafting visual narratives that connect strategy to execution across web, mobile, and immersive projects.

You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with strategists, developers, 3D artists, motion designers and copywriters, and defend decisions with clients. This role demands seniority, strong communication, and a passion for shaping design culture.

Formación

• 8+ years in design, preferably agency side
• Strong UI/UX and accessibility knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading projects or teams
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
• Interest in motion, 3D or frontend is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, 3D artists, motion designers and writers
• Present and defend design decisions with clients and stakeholders
• Build out UI, brand and design system standards across web, mobile and immersive projects
• Run design reviews to maintain quality and creativity across outputs
• Lead pitches for new business
• Inspire peers by sharing trends and design culture
