Job summary

Dalton is seeking a marketing leader to build its marketing engine from scratch in Belgium. You will own video content, conference presence, webinars, paid campaigns, and brand messaging, working hands-on with the founders.

Dalton aims to deliver AI-powered optimization and measurable revenue lift, with equity and a fast-moving startup environment. You will shape the narrative and execute across channels.

Qualifications

• Track record building brand presence, preferably in B2B.
• Experience creating and distributing video content at scale.
• Comfortable on camera or on stage (or coaching others).
• Can manage paid media budgets and optimize performance.
• Execution-focused, not just strategic.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute video content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels.
• Execute conference strategy (speaking, booths, side events, networking).
• Run regular webinars and live sessions.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Build content programs (blog, social, email, case studies).
• Refine brand positioning and messaging.
• Drive thought leadership for founders and team.
• Develop co-marketing partnerships.
