Job summary

HHHub.eu (Taupai, UAB) is seeking a FinTech Recruiter to manage recruitment across the EU and UK, focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging top professionals in FinTech, payments, banking, and financial services.

The role offers flexible part-time B2B collaboration with success-based compensation and potential for long-term cooperation. You will build strong candidate pipelines, work independently, and collaborate with the HHHub team on active search projects and hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within FinTech, payments, or financial services.
• Strong experience in direct sourcing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience working with EU and/or UK hiring markets.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in the local market language or Russian considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment pipelines effectively.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality FinTech candidates across the EU and UK markets.
• Manage key stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and candidate qualification.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FinTech talent for current and upcoming roles.
• Collaborate closely with the HHHub team on active search projects and hiring strategies.
• Provide insights into candidate availability, salary expectations, and market trends.
• Maintain high standards of candidate experience and communication throughout the hiring process.
