Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. The role focuses on optimizing and improving financial processes, reporting activities, and supporting systems within Finance and Reporting domains.

You will identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and drive tangible value for the business and stakeholders through end-to-end process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Business (Reporting, Control & Performance Management) and IT.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional analyses and specifications.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and support initiatives to optimize processes, reporting activities, and systems.
• Ensure consistency across multiple improvement initiatives and end-to-end impact.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive decisions.
• Monitor priorities, dependencies, and business impact throughout lifecycles.
