onetowin data services seeks a flexible Business Analyst to support finance transformation initiatives. You will gather and translate business requirements across Finance, FP&A, and consolidation domains, collaborating with stakeholders to define functional specs and drive system improvements.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; strong relevant experience can compensate.
• 3–5 years in a similar BA role within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, challenge, and document business requirements from Finance and other domains.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support solution design.
• Act as trusted partner by understanding business objectives and system capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between business users, project teams, and technical experts.
• Analyze processes, data flows, and challenges to identify effective solutions.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of finance-related systems.
• Participate in functional analysis, testing, and validation activities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting, planning, consolidation, and performance management requirements.
• Assist in data analysis and reconciliation efforts as needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple initiatives.
