Job summary

Ipsen NV is seeking a Finance Business Partner Benelux based in Brussels, responsible for driving financial performance, planning, and reporting across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will partner with the Finance Director and business leaders, delivering insights, forecasts, and annual budgeting for the Rare Disease portfolio.

To succeed, you should have a Master’s in a relevant field and 5–7 years of FP&A or finance partnering experience, with strong Excel skills and TM1 expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or a similar finance partnering role.
• Proven experience forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and financial reporting within the planning system (TM1).
• Own key performance indicators, including demand, market share, inventory movements, and profitability.
• Coordinate forecasting and annual budget cycles for the Benelux organization.
• Own topline financial modelling and revenue forecasting for the Rare Disease portfolio.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
