AMETEK LMS seeks a Field Service Technician to provide on-site service and support for the full line of LMS products. The role includes commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, preventive or corrective repair, and customer training at client locations.

Travel to sites domestically and offshore within the designated region, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous product improvement by capturing and communicating field data and issues.

• Travel to customer sites domestically and offshore within designated region(s).
• Provide world-class customer support at installed AMETEK LMS products, including commissioning and configuring installations.

Mansioni

• Train peers on field service procedures.
• Communicate results of site visits to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, service and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate quality issues to appropriate departments.
• Assist Engineering, Quality and Product Management with root cause analyses and product improvements.
• Prepare training content and materials; maintain product knowledge as SME on AMETEK LMS products.
