AlphaDia, a Belgian SME specializing in diagnostic solutions for laboratories, seeks a Product Specialist to develop and manage a Belgian portfolio with a broader Belux scope. You will combine field presence, technical support and coordination in an SME that values flexibility, team spirit and service orientation.

You will engage with scientific stakeholders, promote products, and provide training and support while contributing to administrative follow‑up and market visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical laboratory, diagnostics or IVD environments.
• Ability to engage credibly with scientific and technical stakeholders and explain solutions clearly.
• Willingness to work in an SME, hands‑on field roles and team‑oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in Belgium, mainly in the laboratory sector.
• Identify new commercial opportunities with existing and new accounts in a mainly farmer‑oriented approach.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored diagnostic solutions.
• Present, explain and promote products to users and technical stakeholders with an educational approach.
• Provide first‑level technical and client support and training on equipment and solutions.
• Contribute to administrative follow‑up: offers, files, orders, reporting, ERP/CRM usage.
• Enhance market visibility and promote solutions through initiatives and content.
