Abacus Medicine Group in Belgium is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth in cardiac surgery. You will engage with a focused set of hospitals and key clinicians, build long-term relationships with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, anesthesiologists and hospital staff, and develop account plans to support market launch and adoption of cardioplegia products.

Qualifications

• University degree or healthcare background.
• Experience working with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Experience within cardiac surgery, perfusion, cardioplegia, cardiology or related clinical area.
• Strong commercial capabilities and ability to develop accounts from initial engagement to adoption.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop relationships with key cardiac surgery centres and relevant healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute account plans for assigned hospitals with launch readiness in focus.
• Map the clinical and commercial decision-making process within hospitals and identify stakeholders.
• Engage customers in high-quality scientific discussions in line with approved materials and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing to coordinate customer engagement and launch execution.
• Represent Abacus Medicine Pharmaceuticals at national and international congresses and events.
