ABACUS MEDICINE is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager in Belgium to drive commercial development within cardiac surgery. You will build long-term relationships with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, anaesthesiologists, hospital pharmacists, and decision-makers across target hospitals, navigating clinical data and market access considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or healthcare qualification required.
Experience in pharma or medical devices welcomed.
Background in cardiac surgery or related clinical field is a plus.
Willingness to travel across Belgium is expected.

Responsabilités

Build relationships with key cardiac surgery centres and healthcare professionals across Belgium.
Develop and execute account plans focused on launch readiness and adoption.
Map decision-making processes and identify stakeholders influencing cardioplegia practices.
Understand current cardioplegia protocols and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Engage customers in high-quality scientific discussions aligned with approved materials and compliance.
