Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager Electrophysiology (EP) for Flanders to build strong clinical and commercial relationships with key stakeholders in each account. You will support regional EP strategy, execute account plans, and assist marketing on campaigns and promotions.

You will develop and maintain both new and established accounts, and help drive revenue using data-driven sales approaches while understanding local reimbursement and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 2+ years in sales or clinical support in healthcare.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
• Familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of customers and colleagues via effective communication.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Willingness to travel 70% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and increase market share using a data-driven sales approach.
• Understand local health market dynamics and competitors’ strategies affecting accounts.
• Build and grow networks with hospital staff, government agencies, medical groups, and other sales reps.
• Demonstrate Abbott EP portfolio knowledge and differentiate from competition; leverage clinical data.
• Stay updated on therapies, products, regulatory requirements, and policies.
• Prepare sales statistics, reports, forecasts, and manage travel arrangements.
