• Keep people safe: ensure health, safety, risk management, and business continuity requirements are met.
• Keep facilities running: oversee operations, maintenance, service requests, and site compliance across sites.
• Lead and inspire: manage, coach and develop the team to a high-performing standard.
• Manage the commercials: oversee contracts, supplier performance, budgets, and cost control.
• Be ready to respond: participate in 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance rota.
