Brussels Airlines is seeking a skilled Facility Management Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operational and tactical FM services. You will lead a small hands‑on team and manage technical, infrastructural and commercial FM activities within the One Real Estate framework of Lufthansa Group.

Based in Belgium, you will drive supplier contracts, budget control, safety compliance and continuous improvement of FM workflows, while aligning local practices with Group strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or a comparable operational role.
• Proven experience managing FM service providers and complex facility scopes.
• Strong track record coordinating and leading small to mid-sized FM or infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, elevators, access control, fire & safety).
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs and upgrades.
• Manage utilities and building services including e-mobility infrastructure.
• Oversee budget control, contract management and SLA monitoring.
• Lead FM service providers and ensure quality and contractual compliance.
