Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Brussels is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead office fit-out projects for Brussels and Antwerp with regular travel. You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with owners and external contractors, and ensure value and risk control throughout all project phases.

The role demands a degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction, several years in a similar setting, and fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a similar role and environment.
• Fluent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from A to Z for fit-out of offices, controlling costs, quality and deadlines.
• Draft and support the commercial offer, manage contractual relationships.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners and stakeholders.
• Advise client decisions and translate needs into fit-out criteria.
• Develop and monitor project management tools: planning, budget, risk analysis, admin follow-up.
• Coordinate external contractors and ensure contractual commitments are met.
