Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for Beerse, Belgium, on-site with Antwerp operations. You will support the Facility Manager in supplier management, budgeting, relocations, and procurement, while ensuring a clean and efficient workplace.

You will coordinate daily on-site suppliers, improve service delivery, manage FMIS requests, and maintain strong relations with end-users, providing administrative support in financial areas. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

• Understanding budgets and financial concepts.

Your Mission

The Facility Coordinator assists the Facility Manager with operational activities in the areas of client and end‑user management, budget monitoring, supplier management, relocations, procurement of materials and resources, and managing facility requests.

• Daily coordination of suppliers on location and ensuring the quality of service
• Continuously seek to improve service delivery and reduce operational costs
• Enter, follow up, forward, and handle requests, reports, and malfunctions in our FMIS
• Maintain a good relationship with end‑users
• Provide administrative support in financial areas
• Ensure a clean and tidy location
