What you'll be doing

• Build relationships: Be a key point of contact for the client, stakeholders, and suppliers.

What you'll bring

• 5 years plus experience in facilities management, building operations or property management.
• 5 years plus experience leading teams, managing suppliers and overseeing multiple locations.
• A good understanding of health and safety, compliance, and building systems.
• Commercial awareness, including budgets and contract management.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
• Knowledge of critical environments and specialist building systems is an advantage.
• Languages: Strong or fluent English and French and/or Dutch are required.
