Job summary

Yara Brussels is seeking a hands-on Facility & Fleet Manager to lead the Facility & Fleet Department, run the Brussels office operations, and continuously improve workplace services, mobility and contracts. This role reports to the HR Manager Belgium and offers an opportunity to drive change in a global sustainability-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facility Management, Workplace Services or Fleet Management.
• Proven leadership with the ability to set clear expectations for teams and suppliers.
• Experience managing suppliers, driving operational change, and contract negotiations is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Pragmatic, service-minded, autonomous; able to work both strategically and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Facility & Fleet Department with clear priorities and documentation.
• Ensure smooth daily operation of the Brussels office, including cleaning, reception, maintenance and workplace services.
• Oversee company car and mobility processes in line with policy and legislation.
• Manage key suppliers and contracts, monitor service levels and lead negotiations.
• Drive simplification, standardization and automation; introduce KPIs and SLAs.
• Partner with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Travel & Events and business leaders; handle escalations.
