Voi Technology AB in Brussels is seeking a Fleet Manager (Benelux) to own warehouse and fleet operations across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will lead the operations team, ensure vehicle availability through in-house repairs, and collaborate with partners to scale the fleet.

The role requires 5+ years in operations, strong analytical skills, budgeting experience, and fluency in English, French, and Dutch; you'll drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment with Talent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
5+ years in operations/logistics with team management.
Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
Experience owning a budget.

Responsabilités

Lead in-field and warehouse operations team across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Manage 3PL sourcing, negotiation, and performance relationships locally.
Own fleet and asset management, from vehicle availability to maintenance and inventory.
Drive continuous improvement with KPI monitoring and data-driven changes.
Lead recruitment and development for your team with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs support.
Collaborate with Operations Strategy, Market Development and Public Policy.
