DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Trainee through Hosco in Brussels. This internship offers hands-on experience in upscale service, assisting breakfast service and events, and setting up function spaces alongside an experienced team.

You will study Hospitality Management or Tourism with a minimum three‑month agreement starting January 2027, be fluent in English and French (Dutch a plus), and receive housing support and a complimentary lunch on duty.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality Management or Tourism with a three-month internship agreement starting January 2027.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus.
• Communicative and customer-service oriented with energy and teamwork.
• Passionate about Food & Beverage.

Responsabilités

• Assist with breakfast service and events.
• Set up function spaces for events.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with the team.
• Participate in internal training sessions and networking events.
• Housing support or accommodation provided; complimentary lunch on duty.
• Working hours vary depending on operational needs.
