Sapphire House Antwerp, part of Odyssey Hotel Group, offers an F&B Supervisor Intern role in a luxury hospitality setting. You will support the F&B Manager and the team to coordinate daily operations across restaurants, bar, and banqueting facilities, gaining hands-on leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the daily supervision and coordination of the F&B team.
• Assisting in the coordination of service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding proactively to special requests.
• Supporting the training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Assisting with staff scheduling and workforce planning.
• Actively contributing to a well-organized, welcoming, and efficient working environment.
