Job summary

Sapphire House Antwerp, part of Odyssey Hotel Group, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern to support the Housekeeping Manager and team in daily operations and guest room presentation. You will assist with coordinating tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a seamless guest experience while gaining hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment.

English fluency is essential; weekend and holiday shifts are required in a 24/7 operation, with a service-oriented, proactive mindset

YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR INTERN

During your internship, you will support the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping team with the daily operation of the department. You will help maintain quality standards, coordinate tasks, and ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well presented. You will work closely with colleagues across different departments and contribute to an efficient guest experience while gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment.
