Job summary

Quality Seekers is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for a four-star Brussels hotel with 200+ rooms and a corporate-leisure mix. You will lead day-to-day F&B operations on the floor and drive service quality in collaboration with the kitchen.

This role requires a hands-on people manager with strong financial sense, capable of developing a high-performing team of about 25 staff. Evening shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Seasoned F&B professional with hotel industry experience and management background.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cost control and staffing considerations.
• Hands-on manager presence on the floor to ensure service quality.
• Excel in coordinating restaurant and kitchen operations for seamless guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, decisiveness and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take operational lead of the hotel's F&B activities.
• Manage the F&B team (approx. 25 employees) and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Bring structure and efficiency to the department and optimise existing processes.
• Safeguard quality of service, food and overall guest experience.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team and oversee daily operations and administration.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to build a strong dynamic.
• Oversee staff scheduling, orders, costs and budgets for both kitchen and restaurant.
