The Hotel. Brussels is offering a Food & Beverage internship in Brussels. You will join a sophisticated, luxury hospitality team to assist with setting up banquets, receptions and events, while developing practical F&B and guest-relations skills.

You are studying Hospitality Management or Tourism with a minimum three-month agreement (up to a year). English and French fluency is required; Dutch is a plus. Lunch is provided on duty, and accommodation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Hospitality Management or Tourism with a valid internship agreement (minimum 3 months, up to 12 months).
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch or another language is a plus.
• Strong guest-service mindset with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Energetic, professional, and capable of handling busy periods with composure.

Responsabilités

• Assist with setup and execution of banquets, receptions, and exclusive events.
• Support F&B operations and guest relations to ensure a premium experience.
• Collaborate with a professional team to uphold The Hotel. Brussels' standards of service.
• Adapt to varying hours and operational needs while maintaining attention to detail.
