Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites applications for an Internship Duty Manager in Brussels. You will train across Front Office and Food & Beverage, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service in our upscale hotel environment.

You will learn to upsell, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and contribute to hospitality excellence while benefiting from Minor Hotels University training and employee guest rates.

Competenze

• Must be available for minimum 5 months.
• Good command of English.
• Enthusiastic personality with attention to detail.
• Flexible and proactive with customers.

Mansioni

• Learn and work across Front Office and Food & Beverage during internship.
• Help provide a wonderful experience for hotel guests.
• Prepare restaurants and meeting rooms for arrivals.
• Maintain contact with kitchen, stewarding, and front office.
• Support in handling guest feedback and upsell menu items.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and guest satisfaction.
