Qualifications

• 10+ years in Performance Management and Service Reporting.
• 10+ years of KPI and SLA analysis experience.
• 5+ years in Dashboarding and Management Information.
• 5+ years in Governance Support and Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years with SIAM frameworks.
• 3+ years in Data Analysis within service delivery context.
• Experience in IT Quality Management and QA control mechanisms.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English with active knowledge of all three.

This role contributes to objectifying service delivery and supports evidence-based decision-making through trend analysis and risk identification.
