Rhox is seeking a Senior Performance and Assurance Specialist to measure service performance and quality. You will turn multi-provider SIAM data into clear management information and dashboards for governance reviews.

You will maintain indicators, consolidate performance across providers, identify trends and risks, and support data-led improvements while ensuring compliance with frameworks. Strong written and analytical skills in EN/FR/NL are required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in performance management and service reporting.
• Expert KPI and SLA analysis skills.
• 5 years' experience with dashboarding and management information.
• 5 years supporting governance and quality follow-up.
• Confirmed quality assurance, control mechanisms, SIAM and service-context data analysis skills.
• Confirmed trend analysis and risk identification, plus strong written and analytical skills.
