Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior Service Transition specialist to lead the handover from project environments to operational run, ensuring readiness and governance across releases and services.

You will coordinate with project managers, service owners, and stakeholders to guarantee knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, and a unified handover approach in a hybrid Service Integrator setup. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Service Transition and Handover to Run processes.
• 8+ years of experience in operational readiness and process and documentation assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in SIAM and ITSM frameworks.
• 3+ years of governance and risk identification for production environments.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English with active knowledge of all three languages.

• Structure and guide the handover of changes, releases, and new service initiatives to the operational run organization.

• You're experienced in stakeholder management, facilitating alignment between project, change, and run teams.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English with active knowledge of all three languages.
