Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland in Brussels is offering a PIONEERS internship within the Clienteling & Communication team. You will support client events, PR initiatives and supplier coordination across eight countries.

The program emphasizes operational and strategic contribution to client experience and brand communication. The internship starts December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months, requires university internship agreement, and invites multilingual, highly organized students

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of another local language is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail or luxury industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support regional client events: coordination, logistics and on-site execution.
• Prepare presentations for Head Office and stores ahead of events.
• Monitor budgets, update tracking files and manage Purchase Orders.
• Assist in post-event reporting: photos, guest attendance and ROI analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and benchmarking.
• Support PR & communications activities: track press coverage and coordinate with agencies.
• Prepare and adapt PR materials for local usage and liaise with Paris HQ.
• Assist in photoshoots and influencer relations including product gifting.

You will be part of the Clienteling & Communication team for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region, based in the Brussels Head Office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship Program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next-Gen talent. You will support the operational and strategic initiatives that strengthen our client experience, store engagement, and brand communication. You will provide operational support on Client Events and PR initiatives (press and influencer relations), gaining firsthand insight into how exceptional client experiences and impactful communication strategies are built and delivered across our eight countries.

Job responsibilities

Events:

• Support the organization of regional client events: supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations to share with Head Office and stores before each event.
• Monitor budgets, update tracking files, and manage the creation and follow-up of Purchase Orders.
• Assist in the post-event reporting: photo selection, guest attendance, and ROI analysis.
• Conduct market research to find new suppliers and competitive benchmarking.

PR & Communications:

• Support the implementation of PR and media-related marketing activities in the local market to strengthen Louis Vuitton’s visibility and awareness.
• Track, analyze, and report on press coverage and media clippings (weekly and monthly).
• Coordinate with PR agencies and Paris HQ for press days, product launches, trips, and events.
• Prepare and adapt PR materials: download assets from Central and tailor them for local usage.
• Assist in photoshoot planning and logistics (liaising with stylists, managing samples, deliveries, and returns).
• Support influencer relations, including product gifting and loans.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
• Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language (i.e., Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing sight of details.
• Experience in retail or luxury is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and agile in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-driven and a collaborative team player.
