Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland invites you to join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program as an E-Commerce Intern at our Brussels head office. You will support the region’s digital retail performance by assisting e-commerce operations and marketing initiatives across markets.

Responsibilities include planning and executing email campaigns, tracking performance, updating the website, performing UAT tests, and contributing to data‑driven weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Internship agreement from university is mandatory.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of Dutch, French, Polish or Norwegian is a strong advantage.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI); familiarity with Jira Atlassian and analytics tools.

E-Commerce Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the Digital & e-Commerce team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury e-Retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. As an E-Commerce Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting the region’s digital retail performance byassistingin e-commerce operations and marketing initiatives,consequentlysupportingthe digitalperformance.

Job responsabilities

• Digital Marketing & Communication:


• Support the planning, creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, paid search and paid social activities across Benelux, Nordics & Poland.


• Track performance and contribute insights to support e-commerce growth.


• Website Updates, Testing & Digital Client Experience


• Support regular website and app updates on LV.com and help ensure a consistent brand image and digital client experience across markets.


• Collaborate with Digital Production and IT teams, conducting UAT tests for new website functionalities and reporting bugs to support improvements to the user journey.


• Monitor the user experience across our digital touchpoints,identifyingfriction and website errors


• Data Analysis & Reporting


• Use insights to make data-driven recommendations tooptimizethe digital retail journey.


• Support in weekly and monthly business reportingwithtranslating data and insights into insightful and impactful presentation slides.

Profile

• Bachelor’s orMaster’sstudent in Marketing, Business, ora relatedfield.


• Internshipagreement from your university is mandatory.


• Strong command of English. Knowledge of Dutch, French, Polish or Norwegian is a strong advantage.


• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint,PowerBI).Previousexperience with Jira Atlassian and website analytics tools is a strong advantage.


• Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking capabilities and a hands‑on approach.

• Start Date: Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
