Louis Vuitton is offering a Visual Merchandising internship in Brussels as part of the PIONEERS program. You will work with the VM team across Benelux, Nordics & Poland, gaining exposure to head office strategy and in-store execution.

The role blends in-store placements with office-based VM activities and presentations. You will gain hands-on experience in shaping store visuals, supporting VM rotations, and contributing to brand-aligned campaigns while developing organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
• Notion in Photoshop and Microsoft Office is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• In-store Visual Merchandising: support Area VM, shape store aesthetics and ambiance in Belgium, ensure brand creative direction and immersive customer experience.
• Collaborate with in-store VM team to install windows and displays aligning with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Assist in maintaining overall visual presentation by arranging product displays, signage, and props.

Visual Merchandising Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the Visual Merchandising team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will work closely with the VM team and the Brussels Louis Vuitton Store, gaining insight into both head office strategy and in-store execution, reporting to Country VM Manager.

Job responsibilities

Support to the Visual Merchandising Team of Benelux, Nordics & Poland:

IN-STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISING:

• The intern will support the Area VM and help shape the aesthetics and ambiance of Louis Vuitton stores in Belgium ensuring that the brand's creative direction is upheld, creating an immersive experience for our customers.


• Collaborate with the in-store VM team to install, deploy windows and displays that align with the brand's guidelines and seasonal themes.


• Assist in maintaining the overall visual presentation of the store by arranging product displays, signage, and props.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPPORT IN THE OFFICE:

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in all tasks related to VM & organization.


• Provide regular feedback to HQ on VM rotations, contractors, pictures reports, props.


• Follow the competition on a regular basis.


• Support in preparing presentations related to Visual Merchandising strategies, animations and results.


• Participate in VM calls & trainings.

Profile

• Open to alternating between in-store and head office roles,demonstratingflexibility in job responsibilities.


• Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, ora relatedfield.


• Strong command of English, knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.


• Notion in Photoshop and Microsoft Package as nice to have


• Advanced organizational skills; ownership.


• Ability to multitask tasks without losing the eye for details.

Additional information

• Start Date: Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.


• Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium).


• Mandatory: Internship agreement provided by universities.
