Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland is offering a Merchandising Intern position within the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program. Based at our Brussels Head Office, you will support the Merchandising Team across the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and gain insight into regional retail network and product strategy.

You will provide operational merchandising support to stores, participate in activations, and develop tools for local needs while learning from experienced teams in a luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of another regional language is a plus.
• Excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in luxury, fashion, and product strategy.

Responsabilités

• Animate and monitor the store network across 8 countries.
• Participate in the preparation and follow‑up of retail activations and store openings.
• Provide feedback on client behavior, product performance and collection feedback, and competitor insights to EMEA Merchandising teams.
• Adapt and develop training tools and resources tailored to local needs (e.g., lookbooks, presentations, daily moments).
• Support merchandising department during store training sessions and monthly merchandising calls
• Support the tracking and analysis of KPIs and merchandising reports.
• Monitor competitive activity and trends in the region.
• Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.

Merchandising Intern – Join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position, you will be part of the Merchandising Team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based Head Office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship Program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will provide operational merchandising support to the stores and gain a deep insight into our regional retail network and product strategy.

Job responsibilities

• Animate and monitor the store network through regular contact with store teams across 8 countries.
• Participate in the preparation and follow‑up of retail activations and store openings.
• Provide feedback on client behavior, product performance and collection feedback, and competitor insights to EMEA Merchandising teams.
• Adapt and develop training tools and resources tailored to local needs (e.g., lookbooks, presentations, daily moments).
• Support merchandising department during store training sessions and monthly merchandising calls

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Excellent IT skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools).

Additional information

• Start Date: Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
• Mandatory : Internship convention provided by universities.
