Louis Vuitton in Brussels offers a Visual Merchandising Internship as part of the PIONEERS program. You will split time between the Benelux, Nordics & Poland VM teams at our Brussels head office and the Louis Vuitton store, gaining exposure to head office strategy and in-store execution.

You will support VM rotations, assist in creating engaging displays, and help prepare presentations and reports. The role emphasizes flexibility, curiosity, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset for 6–12

Qualifications

• Open to alternating between in-store and head office roles.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related field.
• Notion of Photoshop and Microsoft Office is a nice to have.
• Advanced organizational skills; ownership.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactivity, flexibility, and initiative are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support the Visual Merchandising Team of Benelux, Nordics & Poland in in-store VM tasks.
• Collaborate with in-store VM team to install, deploy windows and displays per brand guidelines.
• Maintain overall visual presentation by arranging product displays, signage, and props.
• Assist VM Manager with tasks related to VM organization and rotations.
• Prepare presentations related to VM strategies, animations and results and participate in VM calls & trainings.

Visual Merchandising Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the Visual Merchandising team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will work closely with the VM team and the Brussels Louis Vuitton Store, gaining insight into both head office strategy and in-store execution, reporting to Country VM Manager.

Job responsabilities

Support to the Visual Merchandising Team of Benelux, Nordics & Poland:

IN-STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISING:

• The intern will support the Area VM and help shape the aesthetics and ambiance of Louis Vuitton stores in Belgium ensuring that the brand's creative direction is upheld, creating an immersive experience for our customers.
• Collaborate with the in-store VM team to install, deploy windows and displays that align with the brand's guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Assist in maintaining the overall visual presentation of the store by arranging product displays, signage, and props.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPPORT IN THE OFFICE:

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in all tasks related to VM & organization.
• Provide regular feedback to HQ on VM rotations, contractors, pictures reports, props.
• Follow the competition on a regular basis.
• Support in preparing presentations related to Visual Merchandising strategies, animations and results.
• Participate in VM calls & trainings.

Profile

• Open to alternating between in-store and head office roles,demonstratingflexibility in job responsibilities.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, ora relatedfield.
• Strong command of English, knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
• Notion in Photoshop and Microsoft Package as nice to have

• Ability to multitask tasks without losing the eye for details.

Additional information

• Start Date: Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium).
• Mandatory: Internship agreement provided by universities.
