Job summary

OMODA & JAECOO Belux is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Aftersales team and dealer network across Belgium and Benelux. You will design and deliver technical, product and operational training, ensuring service teams have the knowledge to deliver excellent customer experience.

Travel across Belgium will be required; fluency in English is needed, and Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage. The role focuses on improving training content and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Business, Education, L&D or related field.
• 2–5 years in automotive Aftersales, technical training, dealer operations or technical support.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to dealer/service locations across Belgium.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop training plans for the dealer network and internal Aftersales team.
• Deliver technical and product training covering vehicle systems, EV/PHEV technology, diagnostics, repair procedures and new model launches.
• Provide training on Aftersales processes, warranty, customer complaints, technical support and digital/service systems.
• Organize and deliver classroom, online and on-site training for dealer/service teams.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals and e-learning content.
• Work closely with Technical, Warranty, Customer Service and Aftersales teams to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Support dealers with technical and operational questions and identify recurring issues requiring additional training.
• Monitor training participation and effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on dealer feedback and business needs.
• Support the onboarding and development of new Aftersales employees and dealer personnel.
