Job summary

OMODA & JAECOO Belux is expanding its product team and seeks an experienced Training Manager to shape and deliver dealership training programs across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will design curricula, manage the LMS, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Product teams to align training with brand and business goals.

Key focus areas include product knowledge, EV technology basics, and soft-skill coaching for sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Technical Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in training development, coordination, and delivery (sales, product, or skills training).
• Experience within dealership networks or OEM environments is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of EV technology is a major asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French is a must; good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive training strategy covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills for salespeople across the Belux dealer network.
• Coordinate with external and internal training providers to create, refine, and deliver high-quality training content.
• Manage and maintain the training platform (LMS), ensuring content accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor training progress and completion rates, reporting to management and ensuring brand standards compliance.
• Organize live training events online and in-person, including launches, workshops, and certification sessions.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and Product teams to align materials with brand objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching abilities.
