OMODA & JAECOO Belux is seeking a Network Dealer Development Manager to drive growth of the BeLux retail network. You will develop and execute network strategies, identify new dealers and manage onboarding from prospecting to showroom launch.

You will coordinate showroom activations, monitor dealer performance and run market analyses to shape local actions. Fluent Dutch and English are required, French is a plus; travel within BeLux is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or engineering.
• 5+ years in automotive retail network development or dealer operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian & Luxembourg automotive market.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is an asset.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Belgium & Luxembourg.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the dealer network strategy for Belgium & Luxembourg.
• Identify, approach and qualify potential new dealers and dealer groups.
• Manage the full onboarding process from prospecting to showroom opening.
• Coordinate showroom activation and ensure retail identity compliance.
• Monitor dealer performance and prepare improvement reports.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to adapt local actions.
• Organise pop-up stores and brand events to generate leads.
