Job summary

Milliken & Company seeks an organized administrative associate to support European supply chains from Ghent. You will collaborate with customer service and logistics teams, manage inventory queries, SAP transactions and invoices, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor or master in logistics or related field, 2–5 years of experience, strong communication, Dutch and English fluency, and willingness to travel. An ERP experience, SAP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service and logistics teams with inventory queries and customs status."
• Perform SAP transactions and administrative tasks across the supply chain process.
• Track, verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate repackaging, relabeling and stock transfers between Milliken locations.
• Coordinate movements and documentation between toll manufacturers and Milliken plants/warehouses.
• Maintain material master data and assist with SKU creation/extension.
