Job summary

TOKU-E EU NV in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a reliable Logistics / Supply Chain Specialist to optimize end-to-end operations. You will coordinate procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and supplier communication to ensure efficient and cost-effective processes.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in logistics or related field and hands-on experience in international supply chain coordination, ERP familiarity, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations coordination.
• Good understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain software, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules, and resolve any transport or customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records, reports, and documentation.
• Support procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and delivery confirmation.
• Analyze logistics performance and recommend improvements to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian, EU, and company regulations related to transportation, storage, and supply chain processes.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and sales teams to support business needs.
• Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies, SOPs, and process improvements.
