European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the Belgian and Luxembourg markets on the Wero platform. You will coordinate between banks, EPI teams and external partners to deliver a smooth go-live.

This remote-first role requires +5 years in financial services/payments, strong project management, and fluency in English and Dutch. You will join a pan-European, multicultural team with quarterly in-person meetups.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, or consulting, ideally with Belgian or Luxembourgish PSPs
• Proven project management experience in multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to lead from a business perspective while maintaining a high tech affinity

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding for new members and co-design implementation plans
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation plans
• Act as central liaison between EPI members and the organization
• Manage all dimensions of implementation (tech, legal, branding, marketing, product)
• Lead steerco sessions with member project managers
• Track KPIs and provide actionable progress reporting
• Refine rollout and onboarding processes for standardization
