Job summary

IAB Europe is seeking a hands-on Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of its events portfolio, including flagship conferences, webinars and member events. You will oversee timelines, budgets and logistics, ensuring engaging experiences across Brussels and the UK-based option, with travel to in-person events as required.

You will report to the Senior Director, Industry Development & Marketing, and will line-manage the Events Coordinator, collaborating with Marketing, Communications,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing B2B events with end-to-end delivery.
• Strong project management and organisational skills to handle multiple events.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and providing direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and end-to-end delivery of IAB Europe's events calendar from briefs to post-event evaluation.
• Line manage the Events Coordinator and set objectives with regular reviews.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and relationships with venues, suppliers and partners.
