Job summary

Cerba HealthCare is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to own the conference and events programme end to end, coordinating bookings, vendors, freight and on-site teams across remote and international calendars. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships and cross-functional marketing collaboration, delivering events on time, on budget and on brand while scaling the programme for future growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering conferences and exhibitions.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple events in parallel.
• Experience managing events remotely and resolving issues from a distance.
• Fluent in English and able to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Project manage each event end to end – bookings, exhibitor portals, deadlines, booth specification (shell scheme and modular), freight and on-site requirements
• Coordinate on-site teams remotely, solving problems in real time across time zones
• Own vendor relationships – stand builders, logistics and fulfilment partners, promotional and literature suppliers and agencies – holding them to agreed standards and costs
• Plan and deliver user group meetings, symposia and customer events
• Manage event budgets, tracking spend against plan
• Work with marketing colleagues on booth messaging, collateral and event campaigns
