Job summary

DPI (Dental Promotion & Innovation) in Brussels is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive multi-country campaigns and the marketing calendar. You will brief freelancers, coordinate agencies, and ensure timely delivery across four languages and channels.

You will work with the Marketing Manager, own planning and the quality gate, and help run trade shows, digital production, and website updates across Europe. Hybrid work from Brussels is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing project management, campaign coordination or traffic management.
• Track record planning print and digital production with external partners, against deadlines and budgets.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the master marketing calendar for multiple campaigns and countries.
• Brief and track the work to designers, translators and web agencies; balance workloads.
• Run the quality gate on emailings, proofs, banners and landing pages before going live.
• Track supplier commitments and ensure scheduling and delivery of all items.
• Coordinate trade shows and events, including stand production and on-site logistics.
• Keep routines running and document checklists and processes.
