Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Manager Graduate for Europe as part of the Global Public Policy program in Brussels. The role focuses on coordinating department initiatives, building and refining processes, and supporting budget management within a matrixed organization.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with budgeting and finance processes. This is a regular, full-time position based in Brussels with a 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, policy, humanities or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sharp attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with budget management and forecasting, and familiarity with finance, procurement and legal processes in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and coordination support for a variety of department-wide/cross-functional initiatives
• Supports evolution of the department's infrastructure, including maintaining information, resources, and insights and identifying and implementing new tools, systems, and processes
• Helps design and execute department-wide offsites and other team engagement initiatives
• Provides hands-on budget support to the department, including coordinating internal processes with legal, finance and procurement teams; managing third party contracts, payments, and renewals; preparing purchase orders; and reviewing invoices for payment
• Provides additional day-to-day operational support as needed
