Snap Inc. in Brussels is seeking a Senior Manager, EU Public Policy to lead EU policy workstreams, analyze regulatory developments, and shape advocacy strategies across Europe.

You will build relationships with EU officials, regulators, NGOs and trade associations while coordinating with Legal, Product, and Communications teams to translate policy changes into actionable guidance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in EU public policy, government affairs, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead designated EU policy and regulatory workstreams and contribute to the broader EU public policy strategy.
• Cultivate and deepen relationships with EU officials, regulators, NGOs, and stakeholders, representing Snap in external engagements.
• Monitor and analyze EU legislation and regulatory developments; assess impact and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare policy memos, position papers, and recommendations for advocacy and internal decision making.
• Develop policy positions and advocacy strategies; translate into consultation responses and briefing materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Platform Integrity, Communications and Business teams to translate regulatory developments into actionable guidance.
