TikTok is seeking a Project Manager - Governance & Planning for Europe, based in Brussels. You will lead cross-functional projects, drive department governance and implement new tools and processes across the public policy function.

The role involves coordinating with market teams, agencies, and leadership to ensure timely, compliant outcomes. You will also help design and run an AI up-skilling programme, manage day-to-day agency relationships, and provide finance/operations support across

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Track record working with senior leadership and preparing materials.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and functions.
Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency with project management tools and related software.

Mansioni

Lead development, coordination, and governance of key department, cross-functional, and leadership-level projects.
Drive evolution of department infrastructure, tools, systems, and processes.
