Job summary

Generations Recruitment is seeking a Membership Manager in Brussels to strengthen relationships with member firms across Europe. You will help members maximise the organisation’s services, expertise and network, acting as a trusted point of contact.

This client-facing role requires 70% member interaction and 30% administration, CRM management and reporting, with a clear path to greater responsibility within a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of client-facing or member-facing experience.
• Background in private capital or related sector is a plus.
• Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, tracking KPIs and structured follow-ups.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactive member outreach using CRM data and business news to initiate conversations.
• Consultative relationship management with partners, executives and BD teams.
• Guide new members through their first year to active participation in events, training and networks.
• Develop tailored engagement plans to strengthen relationships across multiple teams within member firms.
• Represent the organisation at conferences and events to connect members with relevant contacts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor engagement KPIs to prioritise actions.
