Forward Global, Brussels-based advisory firm, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth with European affairs departments, major corporations, and associations. You will lead the development of sales strategies, pinpoint opportunities, and strengthen senior-level relationships across sectors.

The role requires 5+ years in BD within public affairs or related fields, strong knowledge of EU institutions, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

5+ years in business development in public affairs, strategic consulting, media or complex B2B services.
Strong understanding of how European institutions operate and regulatory issues.
Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and manage client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal skills with political awareness and diplomacy.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and digital prospecting tools.

Responsabilités

Help develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with key stakeholders, including international groups and trade associations.
Develop and implement sales processes to maximize market penetration and client acquisition.
Provide strategic input on marketing materials and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
Develop and nurture relationships with high-level stakeholders.
Organize events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen relationships with strategic targets.
