Cigna Healthcare seeks a Chief Risk Officer (Europe) to lead the Risk Management Function for its European Group. The CRO Europe will own the enterprise risk framework, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with executive leadership to support sustainable growth in a complex international setting.

Responsibilities include developing risk culture, engaging with Boards and regulators, and guiding strategic capital management and resilience across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in risk management or a related field are advantageous.
• Ability to meet applicable regulatory fit and proper requirements for a Solvency II Key Function Holder.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management Framework in line with Solvency II.
• Oversee risk appetite, ORSA, and regulatory reporting with governance boards.
• Provide independent risk advice to Boards and committees.
• Ensure compliance and strong risk culture across the European operation.
