CFE Group is seeking a hands-on insurance professional toOwn and manage the Group's insurance programs across multiple entities, reporting to the Senior Insurance Manager in Brussels. You will coordinate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and compliance throughout project lifecycles.

The role combines technical insurance knowledge with collaboration across legal, finance, procurement and operations, supported by CRM tools and a flexible hybrid working

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in an insurance company, broker, or insurance department, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of claims handling, policy administration, certificates, renewals, and broker follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Lead the placement and management of the Group’s insurance programs and policies with brokers/insurers.
• Review contractual risks and advise on insurance requirements for tenders and projects.
• Provide day-to-day insurance advice during project execution and ensure contractual compliance.
